Reporting and coordination tools for construction project teams
Project Centre builds and operates data reporting tools for Australian construction and engineering projects. We consolidate design review, issue tracking and document control information into a single reporting layer, so project teams can see the true state of a job without assembling spreadsheets by hand.
Large infrastructure and building projects run several coordination platforms at once. Design review issues sit in one system, drawing markups and comment resolution in another, and the controlled document register in a third. Each holds part of the picture, and none of them talk to each other. Reporting on delivery progress usually means someone exporting from all three every fortnight and reconciling the results manually.
We automate that work. Our platform connects directly to the systems a project already uses, extracts issue, markup and document data on a schedule, and presents it through dashboards built for the people who actually run the job — design managers, BIM coordinators, document controllers and project directors.
What we do
- Automated data extraction. Scheduled exports from coordination and document management platforms, running unattended, with full run history and failure alerting.
- Consolidated reporting. Issue status, ageing, ownership and resolution rates across every source, reconciled into a single view per project.
- Design review analytics. Markup and comment tracking through review cycles, including response rates by discipline and outstanding items by milestone.
- Data quality auditing. Attribute and naming compliance checks against project information requirements, with conformance reporting by discipline and data group.
- Multi-project dashboards. Portfolio-level visibility for organisations running several jobs concurrently, with per-project configuration and access control.
Platforms we work with
Our tooling integrates with the coordination and document management systems in common use across Australian construction and infrastructure delivery:
- Revizto
- Bluebeam Studio
- Bentley ProjectWise
- Bentley iTwin
- Autodesk Forma
- IFC / openBIM
- Power BI
Towards an integrated intelligence layer
Construction projects generate enormous volumes of data across issue tracking, drawing review, document management and model registers. Yet most organisations still depend on manual extraction and fortnightly reporting cycles to surface anything useful from it. The information exists; the effort required to assemble it is what stops it being acted on.
Our approach uses agent orchestration to bridge those disconnected platforms. Scheduled agents query each system directly, collect and reconcile data across sources, and synthesise it into reporting that updates continuously rather than on a reporting cycle. The result is live project intelligence delivered to decision-makers without replacing the tools teams already use or disrupting established workflows.
How we work
Project Centre is a small, technically focused operation. We work directly with delivery teams rather than through layers of account management, and we build against the way a project actually runs instead of forcing it into a fixed template. Most engagements begin with a single reporting problem that is consuming someone's time every week, and grow from there.
Our tools are hosted on Australian infrastructure. Project data stays within systems the client already controls, and access is restricted to nominated project personnel.
